Elahi Group of Companies “EGC”, a well-known name over the last 4 decades involved in supply chain business & logistics through their state-of-the art warehouses have signed an exclusive agreement with HashMove to digitalize over the period around 2 Million sqft of warehousing space as well as provide Collateral Management Services for their customers within Pakistan & abroad.
During the initial phase, this collaboration will enable EGC’s clients to digitally book the bonded or non-bonded warehousing space for their commodities/inventory storage within Pakistan. HashMove digital platform further provide quotes and other warehousing services on instant basis. Customers of EGC will now be able to book these warehouses on shorter lease terms as little as 3 days. In second phase, HashMove platform will enable EGC for its collateral management ‘CMC’ compliance/ licenses warehouses for their own & other warehousing facilities within Pakistan. By fully adopting the HashMove platform EGC will provide storage and preservation services for a range of agricultural commodities and also be able to issue credible warehouse receipts for agricultural commodity financing to the customers of their CMC compliance warehousing tenants. EGC & HashMove aiming to revolutionise the agriculture sector through the power of digitalisation & provide great benefits to the farmers in shape of the reduction in post-harvest losses occurs during the storage and logistics of these harvest.
